SINCE I can not get anyone on the phone at CWB I have to resort to posting my issues here: Mid last season, I brought my lower unit in for what should be a pretty basic service - a leak at the prop shaft. Justin was my primary point of contact and mechanic. I had hurt my back and couldn't do it myself and someone in passing recommended CWB. Well, we spoke and I was told the entire carrier assembly should be replaced, at the tune of over $550. Ouch, but hey you need to pay for professional work. Been coming here for many years and could not find a more friendly and trustworthy place. Excellent and honest service. Truly appreciate all of their help with my boat over the years.
