He came over and took photos and sent them to his painting guy and said that he would do the painting. The painter Gregory, finally came over and that was difficult coordinating. He's not very responsive. He finally came to paint and knocked at the door. I did not her due my bedroom being in the back. He left and said he was at another job that he just started. Chris was super responsive when I called during a HUGE windstorm about parts of my fence coming down. No other company would even return my call that day because they were so busy but Chris called me almost right after I submitted an inquiry online. He fit me in with all his other downed fences and got to me that afternoon! The full repair couldn't be done that day as we needed to let the ground dry out a bit and he needed to get a new post for me.
