CW Williams is an excellent builder with subs that care about their quality of workmanship. Highly recommend.
Nice people, but nice doesn't build a great house. The sub-contractors are terrible and no one from from CWW holds them accountable. Corners are cut everywhere, low standards and built to barely meet code. In fact, it didn't always meet code, our house failed inspection multiple times.
