Tami Dittemore and the rest of the team are FANTASTIC! My fiance and I just purchased our first house and they were very communicative, and helped us along the way with any questions we had! My cousin had also used them a month or so prior and they went above and beyond for him as well and he couldn’t be happier! Thank you so much everyone at CW title! You made this process a breeze & enjoyable!
I would not recommend working on this Title Company. Normally per the state it is a sellers responsibility to cover all sewer capacity charges, but CW Title and Escrow slipped a waiver in the 100 documents at signing waiving them of all responsibility and stuck me the buyer with a $9,000 charge, when we went to sell the property.
Terrible service. They LIE!! Hold up everything.
