I’ve been a real estate agent for over 21 years, and I’ve used the CW Title Lynnwood office for years. They are always helpful, professional, and provide excellent service. Many of my clients have signed at this location and consistently comment on how smooth and welcoming the experience is. The staff goes above and beyond to make the process comfortable and efficient, and I truly appreciate their reliability. I can’t say enough good things about the Lynnwood office-I highly recommend them!
They helped me with my first time home buying signing. They are polite and professional. They have a nice office it was a hot day and they had A/C. They explained everything perfectly, they were friendly. I am very happy with my experience.
Was yelled at and scolded by Danielle on closing day. Wish I could’ve gone with a different company. Do not recommend.
I found errors on my settlement statement when I went to sign closing documents and the notary was extremely rude. The notary did not explain the paperwork and was snarky when we wanted to read the paperwork we were signing. I have had much better experiences with other escrow companies, so I would not recommend working with CW Title.
