Can't ever get a hold of anyone. Whats the use of having ten phone numbers and no one answers them?! I can't get into my unit because I cant get anyone to give me the app information to unlock the gate!
Good luck ever getting in contact with them. They have multiple numbers, but don't answer any of them. I finally received one text back when I tried for multiple days to cancel my unit by phone/email/text and they asked me to send pictures of my cleaned out unit, so I did. No responses after that and they keep sending me notifications to pay a bill that keeps adding up with late payments. NEVER answers the phone to make payments but always wants to charge a late fee. ridiculous.
