Cristina goes above and beyond with helping her clients. I came to Cristina when I was down on my body and felt that there was no way up. After training with her and doing the nutrition program, I've noticed improvements from my body and my own mental well being. I've learned for much from working with Cristina!
I have had the pleasure of working with Cristina since April 2018 to prepare for my upcoming wedding in October. I lost a total of 12 pounds before my first fitting, and although I feel I have hit a plateau of sorts, I believe with the tools Cristina has given me, I can keep pushing through to lose the last 6 pounds I intended to lose before the wedding.
