Went in for a simple leveling kit. Appointment was at 8:30 didn't leave until 1:15pm. Noticed other customers coming in and my leveling kit kept getting pushed back. I'll give the leveling kit 5 stars but the rating of 2stars is for lack of regard for getting brushed aside and waiting almost 5 hours for a simple job.
Love my Dually with the Icon lift. Chris & Peter made sure I got exactly what I wanted. I use my auto level air bags alot and was nervous that they wouldn't work well when lifted. It turned out better than expected and my ride quality is improved.
Came in for a NorCal mod and it was done perfectly, can clear 12 wides with no rubbing or 35s
Peter spec'd in the exact leveling kit I needed. The install is on-point and they corrected crap from another shop. Now my truck rides like I expected it to. C&W also worked around my busy schedule and set me up for a better day. My next project will go to C&W.
