Used C&W for a new heat pump through the TVA EnergyRight program and they were great to work with. Jay was very detailed and attentive in answering all of my questions and concerns, and the installation technicians went above and beyond to get the unit installed and new duct work done in one day.

The staff at C&W Mechanical have been professional, courteous and friendly from the day Jay came out to assess our 23 year old HVAC system to the completion of the installation of the "Made in America" Carrier system. The installers were friendly, focused and did a great job cleaning up after their work was completed. Thank you to everyone involved, included the office staff!
