I was impressed by the efficient, trustworthy, and responsive service from C and W Mechanical. They were professional, affordable, and completed the HVAC repair quickly with clear communication. My daughter just bought her first house and had pushed the couch up against the return air, not knowing that she shouldn’t do that. The technician was very honest. I believe he said his name was Randall. Advised us of what the trouble was, he saw it as soon as he walked into the living room. I appreciate the honesty. I’ve used this company before and they are phenomenal.

Dylan's crew always does a great job! They assess and never over-sell. Always honest and punctual - and helped me on a weekend! Pricing was fair for services too! They have worked on my house more than once, and did a great job. I recommend them to anyone in the Upper Cumberland!

Thanks for going above and beyond! You were personal and professional AND prompt, even with my late Friday afternoon panic call.

I highly recommend C&W Mechanical. I cannot say enough about their professionalism and response time. Dylan, Mike, and Ty have never let me down. Each one of their technicians are easy to work with, and very attentive to our needs. Whether it’s Christmas Eve or on the back of a moving houseboat, C&W has been there. I appreciate their time and will continue to work with them.
