I had such a great experience at CW Marine and Power Sports! Steven and the young guy who helped us were both amazing. Steven was incredibly attentive — he went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He even made sure my mom was comfortable and offered her a cozy gazebo to sit and relax while we looked around. It’s rare to find that level of genuine care and customer service these days. Highly recommend stopping by and asking for Steven — you’ll be in great hands!
Charlotte is very professional and promptly handles our issues. She is fluent in both Chinese and English and has consistently provided excellent follow-up service. Definitely will come back again and highly recommend this place!
I really love this place! The pontoon is great and Cook’s Bay Area scenery is very beautiful. Steven Watson is very professional, kind, patient and friendly; he carefully explained how to operate the boat and use all the features. I’ll definitely come back and highly recommend this place.
Terrible customer service and long wait times. The female owner is so rude and does not accommodate her customers for health related issues. It seems like she cares more about profit than ensuring that her customers are happy. Save yourself the money and go elsewhere!!! 100% !!!!!!!! I’ve heard good things about AM Water Sports ; more affordable, friendly, etc.
PARENTS PLEASE READ and BEWARE: Visited the BOUNCY CASTLE castle water park… I love my exercise and went through the obstacle course with my kiddos… started off great until I went down a slide to hit a foot deep of SEWAGE at the bottom. ***Even kids were running out of it saying it smells like POOP … it was NASTY and a total BIOHAZARD*** I informed the OWNER, which was pointless and DID NOT CARE ONE BIT!!!
