Avoid CW if you are looking for reliability. Had a scheduled appointment, they rescheduled my appointment and then did not show. No courtesy call, non- responsive on text throughout the weekend. Received a text (copied directly ) “Looks like you were a no-show on Friday. We won't have availability until 11/20 or 11/21.” Then a follow up phone call from someone who was curt, not taking responsibility & told me to find another company when I expressed my frustration that I sat at home all day Friday waiting on their technician... read more
