Eric came to clean our carpets and upholstery, including a sofa, sectional, fabric chair with ottoman, and a leather chair. Previous renters with pets had left everything quite dirty, but Eric carefully pre-treated and steam-cleaned all the surfaces. For the leather chair, he used a special citrus cleaner to get rid of dirt and oils. He took his time to make sure every piece looked spotless and smelled fresh. When the team from C&W Carpet Cleaners arrived, we had a lot of activity happening in our home with other contractors around, so things were a bit hectic. At first, Eric and Johnathan seemed unsure if they could start the carpet cleaning right away due to the busy environment. I had an excellent experience with this carpet cleaning service. They really go the extra mile compared to any other carpet cleaners I've used. When they arrived, they used a special plastic door cover to keep the cool air inside while they worked, which is great for our hot NC weather. They also laid down mats in the entryway to protect my floors, and put guards on all the corners to prevent any scratches or damage.
