Asked for a quote to replace awning arms. Took over a week to get back to me. Quoted me for parts only and just wrote “plus labour”. Unprofessional and poor customer service. Would love to have spent my money with you but I’ll give it to someone else

As a newbie to caravanning i learnt inside knowledge from someone hugely experienced. Would highly recommend not just for quality workmanship but for the extra things he has in his brain which were invaluable for me. Would recommend.
Very short and impatient and not willing to help at all to find a solution to a problem we had with our caravan
We emailed Wayne with a list of repairs and also required a service at the same time. He was very prompt and gave me the first 3 days he was available and we chose the date that suited us. As arranged he arrived on time and did the work and service as asked. Service and price was good and we would recommend him for any work you require
