I had a pretty stressful situation when another shop removed my hitch and part of the rear frame came off with it. I run a business that pulls a trailer daily, so having my truck down means I’m not making money. Spent over $800 and left worse than when I came in. Wish I would’ve went elsewhere sooner, but glad I didn’t go elsewhere later. Would have spent even more to get even further off track. Complete guesswork and lack of a correct diagnosis. Went to another mechanic that is trustworthy to fix original issue and also fix the unnecessary replacement of my perfectly fine ABS module and brake bleeding that left me with almost no brakes that were both done here.
