Craig was hired by my title insurance company to appraise my property which was being written off. Craig was hired to evaluate the total property value and the bare land value, the title insurance company was to pay me the difference plus the cost of demolition. I explained to Craig that it was important that he did not over evaluate the bare land value, as that would significantly affect the settlement offer.
