Not happy at all, driver wouldn’t take my car and let me follow him in my other car to the garage , was told I would have to go in the lorry with him and get a taxi or a bus back. So I called my insurance recovery and they say that never happened that I refused to go or follow him, which is total lies and nonsense. I will be cancelling my breakdown cover as it has cost me more money on time off work than it would paying for a recovery my self. Shocking service!!!

AA sent out a CVS mechanic to help us with our car that wouldn't start. The mechanic was very courteous and kept us informed about his ETA, arriving well before the scheduled arrival time, sorted the problem, and explained the most likely fault. All throughout a very positive experience, especially considering that it was one of these moments where you really need help.

Auto aid sub contracted my call to CVS, who were they informed needed flat bed truck to remove car from main road . I'd broken springs,/ suspensions collapsed. I was promised a response within the hour. They sent a small van to suck petrol out and of.diesel tank misfuel, that was utterly pointless . it was just a cvs scam.to say they responded within the hour . Waited another three hours for a cvs flat bed truck , Auto Aid refunded all my fees as they failed to respond appropriately within the hour. Beware sneaky tactics

Bought a faulty motorhome and it's took several attempts to start every time, having arranged to take it to a test centre it refused to start called Adrian flux breakdown and had a home start engineer here very quickly,30odd minutes, on failing to start it was then booked for recovery and the transporter was here within 30 minutes, very professional and safety conscious, it was taken to test centre and delivery safely, can't think how anything could be improved, perfect and reassuring for the future, when you see what's invo... read more

CVS came to recover my car on behalf of the AA after it wouldn’t start. The driver notified me his estimate time, kept me informed and turned up early. He was friendly knowledgeable and professional. He recovered my car and took it to a nearby garage. Thank you for your great service.
