If I can will give -10 Just because driver never offered me help what am due to get on my insurance. Kenny was a complete credit to the company! My car broke down on the newbridge roundabout and he figured out what it was and got us uplifted and moved to safety! Then recovered back to a garage.

Delighted with the service I received today. The recovery technician arrived 30 minutes ahead of schedule. Instead of being taken off the hard shoulder I asked the technician if he could recover my car straight to the car dealership which he did with out hesitation which saved me from any further delays. The technician was really helpful and courteous. I would recommend CVS 24 to anyone.

Not happy at all, driver wouldn’t take my car and let me follow him in my other car to the garage , was told I would have to go in the lorry with him and get a taxi or a bus back. So I called my insurance recovery and they say that never happened that I refused to go or follow him, which is total lies and nonsense. I will be cancelling my breakdown cover as it has cost me more money on time off work than it would paying for a recovery my self. Shocking service!!!
