A most aggravating experience! We were wooed at their seminars and impressed by their salesman. They made promises of a grand customer experience, competent project managers, and flashy incentives. However, once we signed the contract we experienced a myriad of issues, including wrong design plans, lost permit paperwork, lack of communication, project miscommunications, and failure to deliver on those incentives (in our case a cruise certificate). If there was a -5, I would use it! CVS is the WORSE company! Everything they did in my lanai was wrong! They used caulk that was not for outdoors and sun. They kept redoing with the same wrong caulk (about 4 times) till they finally used better caulk! They used tracks on the outside that had no weep holes (they were interior tracks…not exterior!) so the rain came INTO my “enclosed” lanai. They have since put in track with a higher lip but still no weep holes so it still leaks into my house! And I bruise my toes every time I ... read more
Would be the last place I recommend, this company likes to OVER PRICE THE ELDERLY and take advantage of people on there prices and don't fix problems with the work they provide, worst quality I've had in years, leaks leaks and then wood damage
