Order was set up for delivery on the 27th of April which was on a Tuesday. They call me on the 26th to say we are having on issues with the warehouse. We will deliver it Friday. I tell them well I only have enough to get me through Saturday. Well it's Sunday still no meds and they think it might be delivered tomorrow. The app says that the order has been filled. WOW 😳
I hope I never have to use this pharmacy again, I would not call it a specialty. My regular CVS is a lot better !!
Doesn't even deserve a half star. Sent me a vial of Tremfya for IV use instead of a self inject pen, charged my insurance then wouldn't replace the vial with a pen. So now I'm stuck with a $14,000 vial of medication. Customer service was awful, they said they would calle back in 5 minutes and then I never heard back. Going to report this high med error to the state in hopes that I will get my medication so I don't have regression of my disease.
