Best part of CVS is open 24 hours
Completely incompetent. Cancelled an approved prescription with no notice or reason. They always call me and tell me that I need to call the manufacturer of my prescription despite already having done that, then they tell me I need to call PrudentRx despite having already done that. They have wasted so much of my time and my doctors time it is unbelievable.
If they tried to be worse, I don't think they could do it.
Beyond incompetent. I have over 40 hours of call time with CVS Specialty. I've done everything correct, I have a prescription approved through insurance, I have prior authorization. Yet every single time I try to refill they email me, message me, call me, they tell me I need to call my copay assistance program (despite already being set up and exhausting funds which they can see).
