You should probably advertise this is not a CVS pharmacy
*Just filed a complaint with BC/BS about being medically mistreated when they stopped shipment of my meds because they didn’t know how to process my skyrizi copay debit card! They literally told me I owe 6k because they have not received payment. Worst specialty Pharmacy ever! I had a different Pharmacy that was flawless for years. And then my insurance forced me to join CVS. From day one they couldn’t figure out how to get their payment. I was never informed that my medication order was cancelled until I ran out of it and I had to ask where the medication was. Very poor customer service.
