I'd give them 0 stars if it would let me. This is the WORST specialty pharmacy I have ever gone through, and if there are any competent employees there (which I doubt), they should be embarrassed to work there. My mother has been trying to get a prescription for her knee, which the insurance approved of and authorized a month ago. Every time I call them they always have another mistake in their computer system that is preventing them from shipping it. Criminally bad. This company OWES me money for overpayment on my lupus medication but withholds my time-sensitive prescription alleging a balance of $45. The company owes me $160!!!!! I am unable to get my prescription due to their accounting incompetence!!!
What a joke. Incompetence and lack of accountability. It’s been over 1 month to ship out my mom’s medication because they couldn’t figure out copay. Es la peor, mi esposo lleva años usando el mismo medicamento y jamás había tenido ningún problema en walgreens, con el cambio del año el seguro le cambio a cvs specialty y desde ese momento comenzaron nuestros dolores de cabeza!! Lleva 4 meses sin su medicación y hoy me dijeron que aun no lo envían porque el no ha llamado!! Es lo peor de lo peor.
