I'd give them 0 stars if it would let me. This is the WORST specialty pharmacy I have ever gone through, and if there are any competent employees there (which I doubt), they should be embarrassed to work there. My mother has been trying to get a prescription for her knee, which the insurance approved of and authorized a month ago. terrible service, they don't know what they are doing. didn't get my vital medicine in time, had to change to a different specialty pharmacy
Criminally bad. This company OWES me money for overpayment on my lupus medication but withholds my time-sensitive prescription alleging a balance of $45. The company owes me $160!!!!! I am unable to get my prescription due to their accounting incompetence!!!
