I was never informed that my medication order was cancelled until I ran out of it and I had to ask where the medication was. Very poor customer service.
Need to train their employees. Called and spoke to 6 different people, each giving me a different answer. Always a problem with delivery of my monthly medication.
I was forced to change to CVS Specialty by my insurance company. Neither me nor my doctor's office were informed in a timely fashion of additional steps needed to fill my medication before I run out, despite customer service assurance that they would expedite processing of the medication, and despite multiple status inquiries since the original Rx was submitted.
