Rude, short and not helpful. I signed up for automatic refill, never received a call and prescriptions were put back without letting me know.
I went in to receive three vaccinations: RSV, Tdap, and the flu shot. Two injections were administered in my left arm and one in my right arm. The following day, I developed a reaction on my right arm. When I checked my online records to see which vaccine had been given in that arm, I noticed the pharmacist had documented that all three injections were given in my left arm, which is incorrect.
