The area designated for the injection was dirty. Discarded paper and debris was scattered on the floor and table. The carpet had not been cleaned in a while.
Lady is always the RIGHT LADY you can count on at this CVS branch. Every time we visit CVS she always make sure that all of our family’s prescription are well taken care of. She always make sure to ask all the questions so that we won’t miss anything that we need, medication, vaccine and schedules. She is very patient, knows how to make a great rapport to the customers while working efficiently. We will definitely cone back at this CVS branch because of the customer service Lady always gives us.
We get all our prescriptions here and usually have a great experience, but on November 17, 2025 I had a very rude person when picking up a prescription. It was for my husband, he had received a text saying it was ready, and he asked me to pick it up. I have no idea when he received the text, just that he had until November 25 to pick it up.
