I love CVS I am brand loyal. I love the discounts I get.
I wish there was a 0-star rating. Chasing down pre-authorization and insurance with them is always a nightmare and a full time job. Incompetence embodied.
They can't seem to get insurance right. Too bad there isn't a zero star rating.
