This facility is obnoxiously bad at the services it is supposed to provide. Honestly whoever owns and operates this place should be ashamed at how poorly you're performing. I dont even know how many days in a row now my fiance has been calling to arrange for meds that keep her alive and out of the hospital and the phones are just off. If I could I would give them a negative star. This company is THE absolute worse. No one knows what is going on. My advice is to constantly check your balance and payments online. Call them immediately if something doesn't seem right. Then call them again the same day to see if you get the same answer. Finally always check on your medication to verify when it is being filled.
Pitiful! I’ve had two orders of a life-saving drug completely screwed up. I have called numerous times and been told the shipping address has been changed. And the issue has never been resolved. If you’re going to deal with life-saving meds you need to be on top of your game? It’s not like we’re ordering Q-tips. Get your shit together.
We followed up and no one responded as of 2/4/2026. Rarely is there any ability to address the problem and getting life-sustaining medication to patients, myself included. Many of us rely on daily/weekly medications in order to live without being hospitalized.
