Pitiful! I’ve had two orders of a life-saving drug completely screwed up. I have called numerous times and been told the shipping address has been changed. And the issue has never been resolved. If you’re going to deal with life-saving meds you need to be on top of your game? It’s not like we’re ordering Q-tips. Get your shit together.
We followed up and no one responded as of 2/4/2026. Rarely is there any ability to address the problem and getting life-sustaining medication to patients, myself included. Many of us rely on daily/weekly medications in order to live without being hospitalized.
