Just called to check on my medication and the lady had a horrible attitude. She hung up on me when I’m a customer very rude and unprofessional.
I give them a 1 Star because is the lowest. If possible I will give them a negative number. If your insurance pushes you to use CVS Specialty only, like mine, then hold tight for a rough ride. You will place an order , and they will call you dozen times to tell you about the co-pay, but will not make any notes to acknowledge that they already called you. They are very caring, friendly and most of all efficient.
They never stop calling. I’ve asked them to stop numerous times and they will for a month or so then right back to it to “remind me” to refill then “remind me” to pick up. I don’t need or want reminders. I had to block their number
