Wish you could give no stars. CVS Specialty is the bane of my existence. If can avoid doing business with them, do yourself a favor and steer clear.
I have been working with CVS specialty for 2 weeks. Another delay. I should have had this last week but they couldn't figure out what the copay was and wouldn't ship if I didn't pay it. I went online to pay and was told the amount was 0 and that it was to arrive last Wednesday. Now I have paid 1999.94 and the drug is delayed until tomorrow. We'll see. Meanwhile cancer doesn't stop for customer service errors.
Will not fill a $0 copay medication necessary for life, despite paying them over $80 every single month for copays from other meds. Simply inhumane.
