Horrible service...that manager scott should get fired!!!!!
I was left an automated voicemail with instructions to call back and hours of operation, including 4 hours on Saturday. When I called, a recording notified me that they were not open on Saturdays. I’m also fairly certain the two “Live Agents” I communicated with were chatbots.
If I could leave 0 I would. Called to fill a prescription and they said “we don’t do women’s health”. Such a horrible sentence that is so vague and sounds like they’re not interested in helping women. The man who answered was short, rude, and seemed annoyed at all that I would call asking about my prescription. The first thing he asked was “is it birth control” when I said I was checking on a prescription. What a weird question to ask because a woman called. No it’s not. Not even close.
