I only deal with this pharmacy via phone. Staff is always friendly, efficient and phone is answered within a few rings. Refreshing to experience this type of excellent service!
I wish there was zero stars. This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They have lost an order after they told me it was shipping then blamed me because "they can't process what they don't have" the funny thing is I spoke to a senior agent who told me the day before it was done, then no notes, no history, no nothing. I had to have my doctor send another prescription. I personally think they processed this on the card and then lost the order, but now I have to spend even more time calling Dupixent to find out.
