Stay away from Bob in customer advocates. He’ll tell you your medication isn’t important because you are not a transplant patient your medication is not life changing, but just life bettering. Bob, you are not a Dr and have no right to tell a patient they are less important than another patient.
CVS is responsible for my wife missing two chemo/radiation sessions because they think they know what meds she needs instead of what the doctor ordered. I have lodged complaints every place I can find, but ZERO support from CVS for my wife with Stage 3 cancer.
