I have been on the phone for 2 hours trying to figure out why my insurance was denying coverage for my Rx's. Turns out, Insurance ID entered incorrectly & pharmacy staff insisted my coverage had been terminated. Never once did CVS offer to call my insurance, rather they had me call insurance & ask insurance to call them. Seriously. Not exaggerating. 2 hours to find out they entered it wrong. So incredibly pissed.
