This is the busiest and only pharmacy in Alexandria IN. That being said, they just got a new system, so a process that was already excruciatingly slow is now slower while technicians try to learn it. Im constanly seeking updates on prescriptions because we get little to no updates on them via texts or phone call. Prescriptions get put back on the shelf very quickly if you dont pick up within a day or two. Was a little unhappy but I will be ok
These people in the pharmacy has always treated me with the utmost respect and dignity I was involved in a head on collision in 2012 and it shattered both of my legs both of my legs have numerous titanium plates and screws holding my legs together and I have to take a certain medication because I now have compartment syndrome in both legs and feet I work on my feet every single night and the pain gets excruciating a lot of times but every time I've called just to check to see if they have my meds in stock and or went to pick... read more
