The head pharmacist who is an asian male has horrible customer service skills. He doesnt take any time to answer questions every single time I go there. The last few times I went with questions he didnt wait for me to finish asking my questions and left to do something else after he answered a question. I have seen many other people get rushed too. Sometimes, he doesn’t even bother to give me any info even though it’s required. He takes a look at the medicine and says I had it before even though the dosage is different. He d... read more
