There were used needles on the floor of the vaccine area. This is very concerning. I also had an adverse reaction after I got home so I logged in to see if I could see more information about the vaccine & saw that she documented the that she injected my left arm instead of my right.
I’ve been picking up my prescriptions here for over a year and have never had an issue—even with multiple medication changes, they always get it right! The staff is super nice, helpful, and genuine about making sure I don’t leave with any questions. The app makes the process even easier; I’ve never waited more than a business day for a prescription to be ready. Store hours are convenient too. No complaints at all!
