Very convenient staff was friendly and accommodating.
You can not call and talk to a human. Rediculous if you have questions. I don't want to wait an hour to find out if I can pick my kids prescription up. My wife's phone number attached to his "account" so calling from mine confuses the AI. They "can't verify" because bday and phone number don't match. Can't talk to a human and find out if its ready. Can't swing by at lunch to grab it when I already know they won't have it ready when I actually need to get it........... great job, going to Walgreens now.
