For CVS in Wellesley, a rich town in Massachusetts. They were completely out of name Brand CVS items in multiple different products (7+) that I was looking for... lol In here, I thought the rich, bought all name brand stuff. 😉

The Linden Street CVS (both the store and the pharmacy) has a high-volume of customers. Despite the stresses and demands on the team members, I find the pharmacy team members are almost always very friendly. I also find they are surprisingly attentive and responsive to customers needs and questions, including when you call.
Always a pleasure to be helped by staff people, but there could be one or two extra on hand. It's a big store, and some people get a bit lost without someone to show where things are. Also, I find it easier to make purchases with human cashiers than the self-serve registers. Please consider looking for new team members.
