The Linden Street CVS (both the store and the pharmacy) has a high-volume of customers. Despite the stresses and demands on the team members, I find the pharmacy team members are almost always very friendly. I also find they are surprisingly attentive and responsive to customers needs and questions, including when you call.
Always a pleasure to be helped by staff people, but there could be one or two extra on hand. It's a big store, and some people get a bit lost without someone to show where things are. Also, I find it easier to make purchases with human cashiers than the self-serve registers. Please consider looking for new team members.

I’d like to recognize and sincerely thank Purwez the pharmacy technician for his outstanding service. My doctor had accidentally sent my urgent prescription to a different CVS location that was already closed. I was understandably stressed, but Purwez stepped in right away and quickly transferred the prescription to his location.
