2 times I have walked in this place. Both time same experience. Never again! They have to be the rudest people around. You walk in, no one is in the store, 2 people behind the counter and get no kind of acknowledgement what so ever. When the female does get around to speaking at you, she make you feel like it is an imposition for us to even come in the store.

Finally a pharmacy in Rockport that treats you like a person. We decided to transfer our two dozen prescriptions from Walgreens to this CVS. What a difference; it's like night and day. We've had dangerous mistakes made on prescriptions filled at the Rockport Walgreens. This CVS is more like a small town pharmacy than a store owned by a huge conglomerate.

The Pharmacist (Robert) and majority of personnel are always helpful, the only assistant that has been rude to both my husband and I at different times name is Alice. Never friendly, never helpful. The Pharmacy itself is the best in Rockport according to our family.

Shame on me for giving CVS in Rockport a second chance; however, now that we did, I know nothing has changed. Employees at this CVS either are unhappy with their job or whoever is hiring them, is not doing a real good job at vetting their employees. My family and I went in for our flu shots and the service we received by Garcie was not friendly at all and she was very rude. No customer service skills at all and lacked patience.
