The pharmacy techs are extremely rude and condescending. I tried to explain my issue with my prescription walked away mid conversation in anger that she had to do her job then starts yelling at me in the end the pharmacist had to get between us. The day before I called in for help and they transferred me to a patient and both of us were confused. takes so long for a damn rep to be available. unable to get hold of a rep and rep just hung up on after an 1 hr of being on hold
My experience at CVS at 79 jay st this weekend was extremely disappointing. The female pharmacist manager with the large glasses was dismissive, rude, and lacked basic professionalism and courtesy. My medication refill was incomplete, and rather than clearly explaining the issue, she abruptly told me to “go to Modern Chemist.” Picking up personal medication should never feel embarrassing, yet that was exactly how this interaction felt. The store is midium size. The service was fine. It was easy to stop by before going to work. The morning is good to go there. Not toomany people. The parking is ok.
