I usually have a good experience in this store, but I pick up something and go. On this day, I needed something out of a locked case, which showed they had 1 in stock. The only person in the store with a key is the manager, who was paged multiple times, and employees didn't know where she was. Thirty minutes waiting, she finally comes out and had the attitude she was being bothered. Item wasn't in the case, I asked if it was in the back since it shows they have one. The answer was no. I came into the pharmacy for a prescription refill. I used the kiosk with a barcode from my phone. The young lady came to the counter, spoke, looked at her screen and went to get my order. She was pleasant. I was in and out pretty quickly.
