I want to be clear about something that I believe CVS corporate needs to understand: this is not a problem of employees who need to work harder. It is a problem of a pharmacy that is chronically under-resourced. I have personally watched the staff at this pharmacy, and they are constantly moving. They are working hard, trying to answer phones, process prescriptions, help customers at the counter, deal with insurance issues, and respond to doctors—all while an increasingly frustrated line of customers waits for help.
