Im always informed when my order is ready and when its time for refill. CVS is very organized.
It's a drug store. Expensive. That's it
Get texts that prescription is ready for pick up and majority of time it is not filled yet. Went to pick up medication called in thru Prompt Care (and had received text that it was ready?) and got there and the pharmacy was closed. It was 6:05 and the hours stated 9:00 am to "8:00" pm. I asked if they were going to reopen for the night and was told, "No, they "decided" to close early." How nice for people who needed to pick up their prescription right away!
