Pharmacists are incapable of keeping track of their orders. The amount of times my prescriber sent in a script with refills for three months and the pharmacist would only give me month to month supply leading me to have to reach out to my provider every month to beg for another script. These are DAILY medications not PRN and super important that they’re taken every day. Unfortunately CVS is just unreliable and pharmacists are not reading the prescribed orders correctly.
