Excellent service, CVS pharmacy technician was knowledgeable and kind.
Visited CVS in Long Beach NY to pick prescriptions and buy some items. Overall very good experience. There was a bit of a wait because only one person was handling customers at prescriptions Counter where there are usually two or three. However the CVS employee there did an excellent job coordinating getting prescriptions and handling customers. She did an excellent job. Unfortunately I did not record her name . Young girl with dark hair if that helps. She handled all three cashier positions efficiently with professionalism.... read more
Best CVS I’ve ever been to. The pharmacy is top shelf.
Pharmacists are incapable of keeping track of their orders. The amount of times my prescriber sent in a script with refills for three months and the pharmacist would only give me month to month supply leading me to have to reach out to my provider every month to beg for another script. These are DAILY medications not PRN and super important that they’re taken every day. Unfortunately CVS is just unreliable and pharmacists are not reading the prescribed orders correctly.
