The only chain pharmacy in the area that consistently answers phones. They are also always polite and professional. They stay one step ahead of our needs.
I went to request a prescription to be filled, and upon receipt I opened the bottle to check it was filled correctly. To my amazement inside the bottle mixed with my medication were 2 Cheerios cereals! Incredible, I will never return to this pharmacy. I returned the medication, requested a refund and left. There was no management staff on duty.
The customer service is always very pleasant and very professional when assisting me. And I am always informed of prescriptions that need to be renewed.
The staff at the store genuinely care about the customers. Every time I’ve entered the store the store manager and other staff always greet me with a smile and kind words. I feel very comfortable shopping at the store.
