Rude and unprofessional service.
I have used CVS in Conn., Fla., and now here in Va. I moved 3 times here and used CVS stores in each area. This CVS at 13180 Midlothian tpke is the best one I have encountered. The manager is very friendly, the store is very clean and the pharmacy stands out beyond any of the other pharmacies. The employees at this pharmacy are great. I am quite lucky to have found this one.
A month ago I would have given 4 stars. But the new consoles they want us to enter our information into are very frustrating. Today it took at least 30 taps before the machine realized someone was there tapping many times. Same thing happened the only other time I've had to use the machine. It was much faster before when I could just go to the counter and show the barcode on my phone. Hopefully they'll work the kinks out soon.
