Excelente atención al cliente.
Terrible phone service. Phone calls are not answered in a timely manner. Their automated answering system makes it extremely difficult to speak to a pharmacist. A machine cannot answer all questions. It shouldn’t be so difficult to have someone pick up the phone.
They never have my prescriptions ready or on time there’s always a holdup on my prescription medications and their customer service is horrible.
