They never have my prescriptions ready or on time there’s always a holdup on my prescription medications and their customer service is horrible.
Both the pharmacist and the person assisting were extremely helpful in resolving an issue and refilling my prescription promptly. They were very pleasant, friendly, and efficient…everything that I hope for in a pharmacy. Thanks!
Few weeks ago I went to pick up a prescription at this CVS inside Target. When I arrived I find out that one of my medications is not covered under my insurance. The cost was over $2000. The pharmacist found a coupon he can use and it took off over 90% off the total cost.
These people are incompetent. Worst pharmacy of all time. I go in on Saturday asking for my prescription which was labeled ready for pickup via text. They tell me to come back in 15-20 minutes. I come back in 20 minutes and they’ve closed 15 minutes before closing time. I then come back 2 days later to get my medication and they tell me I have to wait 30 minutes again. On top of acting like imbeciles, they’re rude about it as if their job is not to get these things done. Might have to keep coming back just to give them flack... read more
