Won't fill any prescriptions that are dropped off within 20 minutes of 8:00 p.m. when the pharmacy closes, of course they don't tell you that on the website or anywhere else, you have to find it out for yourself. Also that they have a restroom they have stopped allowing even paying customers to use it with no explanation. In addition, the parking next to the building is incredibly predatory and if your meter goes over by even a few minutes they will ticket you. I recommend shopping elsewhere.
I am very pleased with CVS employees. They are very good about being helpful.
The staff at the pharmacy at the CVS on Medford Street in Somerville are great! They give good information and are very personable. I trust them with all my vaccines and advice about vaccines, in addition to easy prescription access.
Always have on time and staffing is amazing 100%.
