The most checked out staff you can imagine. CVS store specifically not pharmacy. Prices mislabeled too
Many everyday items are locked up and staffing is limited. Have experienced a number of issues at the pharmacy (long lines due to late reopening, systems down accepting only cash, having to follow up multiple times for certain fills, constantly trying to force you into auto refill and 3mo supply).
I went three times to pick up a prescription. Called it in. The first time they said they didn’t have it ready. Waited a couple days, came back, they said they needed to fill out a form on their end and that it would be ready the next day. I gave them two days. Came back a third time, they said it was still not ready. This is unacceptable. I know there’s a lot of customers here but three tries is too many.
Good pharmacy. Amy explained everything about my medication. she is very smart and knowledgeable pharmacist.
It's very difficult getting a hold of the pharmacy to verify if a new prescription has been filled before I head over to pick it up. Extremely inconvenient.
