Dropped off prescription at 1:30 pharmacy closed at 8 pm and never filled it. went there the next day and they didn’t even have it even though I passed it through the window at 1:30 and called four times to check and see if it was ready. They did find it but told me I had to come back later to pick it up. Walmart is much cheaper. I’ll go there instead.
Great location, clean store. Had everything I needed at the time. Staff was friendly and helpful. I will definitely return!
Improving! Staff are friendly and helpful. (Last year our neighborhood endured some staff who lacked basic customer etiquette. Thankfully, they've decided to work elsewhere). Staff get little help from the online communication app used by CVS Corp. The app sends out communication based in AI, not reality......"Customer NO Service" My main complaint is staff will place a message on my app account stating my med will be available on X date. It doesn't provide an approximate time...so my schedule gets eaten up waiting for an Rx... read more
