An experience from my last visit. After waiting several minutes in the drive through line behind 2 other vehicles, it was our turn at the window. The loudspeaker immediately plays a blaring level redlining message about having your mobile app ready with the pickup barcode. My wife had it ready and handed me her phone. I want to make it abundantly clear that I am extremely satisfied with the nurse who gave me the vaccines and the ease with which I was able to set and appointment. I was able to get same day appointments for 2 vaccines. She was so kind and took the time to explain to me what another vaccine I'm eligible for was. She was great!!!! Give this lady a raise!!!! I would NOT recommend CVS to anyone. I'd rather drive to the next town over than shop at CVS. Your prices are utterly ridiculous -- sometimes as much as $10 higher than th... read more
