I continually have the worst experiences at the CVS pharmacy Trapello Road. The app doesn’t work. The scanning kiosks don’t work. The pharmacist are confused and can’t find a prescription or can’t find a solution to login my information. They can’t explain the dosing label without blaming everyone else before they know what the real problem is. Zero stars unfortunately is not an option
The best pharmacy!
I’m very disappointed with the customer service I received today. The manager was unprofessional and spoke to me in a rude and disrespectful way. I truly believe customers deserve to be treated with courtesy and respect.
