I initially had to wait for 30 minutes only to be not given all the critical medicines (and I had to check and point it out) due to “system being down” and hence they didn’t have the prescription for it. I had to go back to the urgent care, but they confirmed with CVS customer care that their system shows the complete prescription. Shittiest excuse I have heard from a company as big as CVS and I had to run back and forth between CVS and urgent care to get this sorted out for hours with high fever and fatigue. Tried to get a hold of a live person. There is no way possible. Poor customer service. You should be able to get a hold of someone in the pharmacy if you have a prescription question.
The worst customer service!
When I say helpful - I mean above and beyond. They thoroughly explain medications, they rush order when you need something, they stay an extra five mins into their break time when they definitely do not have to, to make sure you are covered. They call when they say they will. they’re kind, professional, and I am grateful to have them as my pharmacy. Highly recommend.
The team at this specific CVS and ONLY this CVS (3300 N Ashland) has been amazing. They are the only ones who return my phone calls inquiring about medication inventory with actual help. If they don’t have it in stock, they are more than happy to order it for me. Other locations (if I even get a call back) will say “We don’t have that” and hang up.
