UPDATE: I change my 1-star review to 5-star because of the wonderful pharmacist. She refunded my money even though she won't be able to resale the medicine. I can't thank her enough. It was all of the young girls that assured me she wouldn't be able to refund my money. My fault for listening to that before checking with her. This definitely restored my faith in CVS! Horrible Customer service at CVS! I had an unopened bag with receipt attached of Synthroid that I had paid $145.00. I just needed to exchange it for another dose. The bag had never been opened, the receipt was attached, and it was Synthroid, which means it has a sealed piece of foil over it. They would not let me exchange it, but I heard one of the clerks tell another clerk, that she could have just overriden it at the register.
This CVS PHARMACY was so helpful and took care of us in a timely manner.
Not enough staff to help customers.
i had a wonderful experience with my prescription pick up. The staff was so courteous and pleasant.
