Conner the prescription Pharmacy Manager does an excellent job of balancing his time to ensure all customer needs are met. The one thing that disturbs me most is the worn-out barcode scanners and worn-out and wobbly point of sale terminals at all prescription pick-up service window locations. What is it going to take to get these upgraded and replaced?
I was prescribed a medication that is given in single dose vials but because the pharmacy thinks I can get two doses out of the single dose vials, they only gave me half of the number of vials prescribed by my doctor. When confronted about it, the overly rude pharmacist just said, well everyone else does it that way, so you'll just have to figure it out.
Pharmacist gave vaccine was great- he always values patient time, and cares about customers- Always goes the extra mile , a credit to CVS
Everyone greeted me very well. The place was clean. I received my items in a timely matter, and the team was very warm and welcoming to service me.
